Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead AI-driven trend analysis and disruption forecasting across 15+ industries
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with executive stakeholders
- Manage a $10M portfolio of experimental R&D projects
- Present strategic insights at global tech forums and publish thought leadership
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist researchers and data scientists
- Build strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting disruptive technologies (showcase portfolio required)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and exponential technology assessment
- Strong proficiency in AI/ML tools for trend analysis (Python, TensorFlow, Tableau)
- Experience advising C-suite on 5-10 year strategic transformations
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan Review
- Security clearance for government innovation projects (or ability to obtain)
