Responsibilities
- Design and execute horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends in AI, biotech, climate tech, and human augmentation
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes and regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives to prototype future-proof business models
- Author forward-looking white papers and trend reports for industry publications
- Curate and interpret proprietary data streams from our Global Futures Observatory
- Facilitate strategic foresight workshops with multinational organizations
- Build predictive models for technology adoption curves and societal behavioral shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in trend analysis, scenario planning, or strategic innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, complexity theory, and behavioral economics
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact analysis)
- Experience with AI-driven trend forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
