- Produce high-impact strategic reports and presentations for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Drive cultural adoption of innovation methodologies across 15+ global teams
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting technology landscapes
- Lead the development of patent portfolios and IP protection strategies for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, SWOT analysis, PESTLE)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains: generative AI, Web3, climate tech, neurotech
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) or futures research
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
