Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and translate insights into actionable 2026 business strategies
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts through 2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future innovation priorities
- Create patent-protected innovation roadmaps with 18-36 month implementation cycles
- Present findings to executive boards through data-driven visualizations and compelling narratives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Maintain proprietary trend intelligence database using machine learning analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of developing future-ready roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their market implications
- Certification in Innovation Management or Strategic Foresight preferred
