Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-viable products and services
- Analyze global socio-economic shifts to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, VCs, and academic thought leaders
- Author white papers on future-of-work implications and digital transformation
- mentor junior innovation strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or Strategic Innovation (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing market-leading future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) preferred
