Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify and validate emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizations to navigate future disruptions
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market evolution
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing strategies and adaptive business models
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into product development and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, journals, keynotes)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic adaptation to disruptive change
