- Develop comprehensive 2026+ innovation roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch market-disrupting products/services
- Translate future market opportunities into executable business strategies with measurable ROI
- Establish strategic partnerships with global innovation labs, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging technologies and their competitive implications
- Design and implement corporate foresight frameworks to maintain future-readiness
- Mentor innovation teams in design thinking, agile methodologies, and exponential technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products post-2020
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., SIFT, Foresight Platform)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) required
