Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and quantum computing spaces
- Design innovation workshops that translate future trends into actionable product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports on disruption vectors in healthcare, climate tech, and digital infrastructure
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions using rapid iteration methodologies
- Build quantitative models forecasting market adoption curves for breakthrough technologies
- Adv executive clients on organizational transformation strategies for 2030 readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their market implications
- Proven track record developing scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (Harvard Business Review/MIT Tech Review preferred)
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi analysis, cross-impact matrices, backcasting)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, CPSM) preferred
