- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping future business models and customer experiences
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefs for executive decision-making
- Design and facilitate immersive futures-thinking workshops with Fortune 500 stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into patentable innovations and product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or futurist role with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of developing future-proof strategies for 2020+ market transformations
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives launched in the past 3 years
