- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and synthesize actionable insights for long-term strategy
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs and ROI projections
- Lead high-impact R&D initiatives in emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof principles into development lifecycles
- Present strategic foresight to investors, board members, and industry consortia
- Mentor innovation teams in horizon-scanning methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects launched since 2020
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
