Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and socio-economic trends to map 2026-2030 business landscapes
- Design and implement strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into innovation roadmaps and product development pipelines
- Develop predictive models using proprietary data analytics tools to quantify disruption risks and opportunities
- Present strategic insights to executive boards through compelling visualizations and scenario-based narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on exponential technologies and organizational adaptation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field; PhD preferred
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology roadmapping, and disruption analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, Web3, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience (TED Talks or equivalent a plus)
- Strong quantitative skills with experience in predictive modeling and data visualization tools
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major organizational transformations using foresight frameworks
