- Produce thought leadership content and predictive market models
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with future market demands
- Build and maintain global network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning or futurism at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of developing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their market implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools for trend analysis
