Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026+ innovation opportunities
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging domains (quantum, AI ethics, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-vision implementation
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into R&D roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports and scenario-planning documents
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive market shifts
- Build external futurist networks and academic partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation/tech publications
- Portfolio of future-vision projects or trend-forecasting models
