- Author high-impact trend briefings and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Champion innovation governance frameworks to balance risk and opportunity
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives launched within Fortune 500
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
