Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant field
- Strong background in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
