Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a dynamic horizon-scanning framework for emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to anticipate disruptive market shifts
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with ESG and UN SDG principles
- Partner with product teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Establish global networks with futurists, academics, and policy influencers
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic signals affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech/innovation publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term strategy
