Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps for AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with future market shifts
- Produce visionary whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or technology foresight
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Global perspective with understanding of diverse cultural contexts
