Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive innovation roadmap aligned with 10-year strategic objectives
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership on future market disruptions
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs with engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present future-focused insights to investors, partners, and board stakeholders
- Drive the integration of sustainability and ethical foresight into all innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Futures, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, WFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable outcomes
