- Develop scenario models for 2026 market disruptions across 15+ industries
- Lead 'Future Labs' with MIT/Stanford researchers to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Advise executive board on strategic pivots using trend mapping and horizon scanning
- Author annual 'State of 2026' white paper read by Fortune 500 CEOs
- Mentor Innovation Fellows in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years' experience
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, nanotech, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio of 3+ implemented future-strategy projects generating $100M+ revenue
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., SIFT, Delphi) preferred
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, TrendHunter)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global market analysis
