- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for sustainable competitive advantage
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed foresight into corporate planning and R&D pipelines
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership for industry audiences
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex futuristic concepts
- Portfolio of published trend forecasts or strategic frameworks
