Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight initiatives using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps and business models
- Conduct primary research through stakeholder interviews, expert panels, and global trend assessments
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven storytelling
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Monitor geopolitical shifts, regulatory changes, and societal trends affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, MBA, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations or market disruptions
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing) and their societal implications
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Published thought leadership in futures research or innovation strategy (required)
