Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 technology and market trend foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Partner with R&D to translate emerging tech (quantum, biotech, AI) into commercial opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 disruption scenarios
- Drive innovation culture through workshops and future-state simulations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in translating foresight into market-ready innovations
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future-strategy implementations
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams
