Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework for enterprise innovation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, quantum computing, neural interfaces)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies
- Create innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and influence strategic decisions
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with measurable ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling for complex systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
