Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic innovation roadmaps using foresight methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, bio-digital interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across tech, social, and geopolitical domains
- Design future-state scenarios for organizational transformation and market disruption
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate disruptive startups
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) trajectories
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Strong stakeholder management with executive presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
