Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology and societal trends to develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead innovation sprints and design thinking workshops to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop scenario planning models for disruptive market shifts and emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a portfolio of innovation initiatives from concept to market validation
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an organization-wide innovation mindset
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFIP) or design thinking
- Experience scaling innovation programs in enterprise environments
