Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and socio-economic trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop sophisticated scenario-planning frameworks for climate resilience, AI ethics, and human augmentation
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Facilitate C-level strategic workshops using futures thinking methodologies
- Establish global trend intelligence networks with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Translate foresight into product development and market entry strategies
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or disruption analysis
- Proven expertise in emerging tech: quantum AI, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., Palantir, GPT-4)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ foresight projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
