You'll lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and scale innovations that address humanity's most pressing challenges while creating unprecedented market opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for technology convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Produce trend analysis reports and scenario planning for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive innovation sprints to validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members
- Mentor talent in emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio of published foresight work or successful innovation initiatives
