Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-focused solutions
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product and service roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to validate technical feasibility of emerging concepts
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and Board members
- Build and mentor an internal innovation incubation program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for tech-forward organizations
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership on future trends in top-tier publications
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite decision-making
- Portfolio of successfully implemented innovation initiatives
