Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for AI integration, specifically targeting milestones and capabilities by the year 2026.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies including Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Autonomous Systems.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate high-level 2026 roadmaps into actionable technical strategies.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for AI initiatives.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable AI infrastructure that supports enterprise growth.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or product strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning architectures.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technical roadmaps (3+ year horizons).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
