Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies, market trends, and geopolitical factors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and implementation priorities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation domains
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for potential future disruptions and opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor key innovation indicators and adjust strategies based on real-time data
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Administration, or Technology Innovation with 7+ years relevant experience
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies or high-growth startups
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with strategic frameworks (STEEPLE, Delphi Method, Technology Readiness Levels)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
