Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-functional sprints with robotics and bio-engineering teams
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies (e.g., synthetic biology)
- Design human augmentation protocols for workforce transformation
- Partner with policy think tanks to shape regulatory frameworks
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Futuristics
- 5+ years in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or neurotech
- Published work on human-machine collaboration paradigms
- Experience with scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Certification in Responsible AI Development (e.g., IEEE 7000)
