Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Build strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic research institutions
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business plans for C-suite stakeholders
- Oversee innovation pipeline from ideation to market launch, managing $2M+ annual R&D budget
- Anticipate global tech policy impacts and advise on ethical AI implementation frameworks
- Represent InnovateNext at industry summits and publish thought leadership in IEEE/Nature journals
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling technology ventures from concept to $100M+ valuations
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or patents in future technology fields
- Experience building and leading cross-continental innovation teams across 5+ countries
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., APF or WFS) or equivalent strategic planning credentials
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
