Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong background in strategic planning and scenario forecasting
- Certification in technology management or innovation (e.g., CTO, CISSP)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
