Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 exposure
- Published research in Nature or Science journals
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and neural networks
- Proven track record in securing federal grants
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global partnerships
