Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype breakthrough innovations for 2026 market readiness
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies to shape tech policy
- Analyze global tech disruption vectors and recommend adaptive innovation frameworks
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of futurists, engineers, and ethicists
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Monitor emerging technologies in decentralized systems, climate tech, and neurotech
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 7+ years in tech strategy
- Proven experience developing technology roadmaps for 2025+ initiatives
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing principles, and exponential technologies
- Track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting products
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and scenarios
