Responsibilities

- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible automation
- Analyze emerging technologies (Web4, biotech interfaces, decentralized systems) for commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investor committees
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and mentor a high-performing futures research team
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, blockchain, and AI governance
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation initiatives
- Strong financial modeling and business case development skills
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
