Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap for AI, quantum computing, and AR/VR integration
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-generation human-machine interfaces and autonomous systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee ethical AI governance frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven track record in emerging tech
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, neuromorphic systems, or spatial computing
- Published research or patents in advanced technology domains
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
