Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology strategy roadmap aligning with 2026 market projections and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints in emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics and responsible automation deployment
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for technological disruption
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record in developing long-term tech roadmaps (5+ year planning)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, spatial computing
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or innovation strategy
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D portfolios
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS) or Technology Foresight
