- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure innovation impact and ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
