Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Design and execute innovation pilots with 15+ cross-functional teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Build strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley tech leaders
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2018-2025)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent strategic credentials
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience scaling tech initiatives from concept to global deployment
- Published thought leadership in future technology (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
