- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities in decentralized systems and human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to co-develop next-generation solutions
- Oversee technology incubation programs for disruptive innovations with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, or biotech preferred)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation management
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management (e.g., CFTE, MIT Sloan)
- Experience building and leading multidisciplinary teams across global R&D ecosystems
