Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, sustainable systems) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing pilot projects for breakthrough innovations
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Oversee the creation of innovation labs and incubation programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in future technology fields
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Global network connections in tech innovation ecosystems
