Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap with 5-year market impact projections
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and commercial teams
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and integrate disruptive startups
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio expansion
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
