Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype futuristic solutions with tangible market applications
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into commercial offerings
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and patent opportunities
- Present future-tech insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Maintain ethical compliance frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology R&D or product innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with futures methodology and scenario planning
- Prior work with Fortune 500 technology partnerships
- Strong background in ethical tech governance frameworks
