Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2025-2030 horizon) to inform corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for AI-human collaboration systems
- Partner with academic institutions on quantum computing applications
- Present quarterly tech disruption briefings to the board
- Architect sustainable tech implementation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or bio-integrated systems
- Proven track record scaling experimental tech to commercial products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC partnerships
- Strong background in ethical AI governance frameworks
