Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, evaluating, and integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, academic institutions, and industry leaders to co-innovate for future markets
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to the board of directors with data-driven insights
- Anticipate global tech disruptions and regulatory impacts through continuous market intelligence analysis
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing product architectures and innovation methodologies
- Drive the creation of innovation incubation programs for 2026-era technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains with demonstrable impact
