Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy roadmap
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-generation product prototypes
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and vendor partnerships
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (e.g., quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and ROI analysis
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends
