Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing or high-energy physics
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with quantum simulation software and cloud-based quantum platforms
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding (NSF, DOE, or corporate grants)
