Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify future tech trends
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons to generate disruptive solutions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage relationships with tech startups and research institutions
- Oversee technology portfolio allocation and risk assessment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong executive presence and cross-functional leadership experience
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
