Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic chips, molecular manufacturing)
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Secure partnerships with frontier research labs and academic institutions
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation strategy team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends and adoption curves
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical scenarios
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation management
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
